Growing up in Oklahoma during the 1980s, I was introduced to process serving through my parents’ successful firm. Although I explored careers in theater and education in Austin, I eventually returned to the family profession. For nearly a decade with Professional Civil Process, I have served thousands of legal documents and trained dozens of new process servers. Process serving requires accuracy, integrity, patience, and adaptability while ensuring proper legal notification. My experience has strengthened my commitment to upholding justice and supporting others in the profession. I remain dedicated to maintaining high standards and helping future process servers succeed.

When I became certified in 2016, there was little to no mentorship available. I was unsure how to develop my new craft. Fortunately, I was eventually supported by several individuals who provided me with valuable mentorship and guidance. This gift of mentorship has become my goal to pass along to incoming process servers right after they complete their certification

class.

In my leadership role as Regional Director at Professional Civil Process, I have worked closely with several process servers. I have coached them on handling problematic servers and have been available to answer their questions at any hour
