Click on First Time Applicant link in middle of page
Complete Initial User Registration
Name to be known as a Process Server
As it appears on your Course Completion Certificate
Press Register Button to complete
Upload scan of Course Completion Certificate
Submit the Application for Certification
Pay the Certification fee with Credit/Debit Card
JBCC Staff will email the required form / code needed to schedule fingerprinting appointment
Only given once JBCC has received your application.
Normally 7-10 days after submitting Application Package & payment.
Results are sent directly to the JBCC. You won't see them.

Keep copy of receipt given at appointment.
Wait - Certification Process takes approximately 2 months to complete generally.
