Welcome to texasprocess.org (the “Website”), operated by the Texas Process Servers Association (TPSA) (“TPSA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using this Website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

13. TPSA Job Board

The TPSA Job Board is provided as a platform for posting, claiming, and completing process-serving jobs. Use of the Job Board is available to both members and non-members and is intended to promote fairness, professionalism, and clarity among all users.

TPSA’s role is limited to providing access to the Job Board platform. TPSA is not a party to any agreement between job posters and job claimants and does not supervise, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any job, performance, or outcome arising from use of the Job Board.

All users agree to provide accurate and complete information when posting or claiming jobs and to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, including adherence to Judicial Branch Certification Commission (JBCC) guidelines and professional standards. Users are expected to act ethically, professionally, and respectfully in all communications and conduct.

TPSA is not responsible for payment or payment disputes between parties. Compensation arrangements and disputes must be resolved directly between the posting and claiming parties. TPSA members remain subject to the TPSA Arbitration and Grievance Policy as outlined in the TPSA Bylaws, Standing Rules, and Code of Ethics.

Users agree to maintain honesty, transparency, and professionalism at all times and to promptly report any fraudulent or unethical activity to the TPSA office. Violations of these terms may result in temporary or permanent suspension from the TPSA Job Board and/or referral to the TPSA Arbitration and Grievance Committee for review.

By using the TPSA Job Board, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms prior to posting or claiming any job.
