The TPSA Board of Directors has proposed updates to the Association’s Bylaws for member consideration. The attached document outlines each proposed change, with deleted language shown in strikethrough and proposed new language shown in red.

The proposed bylaw changes will be presented and voted on for membership approval during the 2026 TPSA Annual Members Meeting at the convention in League City, Texas.
