The Board of Directors have been working hard to make TPSA the best State Association for Texas Process Servers and are always looking for ways to improve the benefits to our members. Continuing Education
TPSA offers the highest-quality education for process servers. The class is packed with information needed to provide the process server with the laws regarding civil process in the State of Texas. We also provide students with the do’s and don’ts of what it takes to be a successful process server. TPSA stays connected with the Judicial Branch Cetification Committee (JBCC) to guarantee if any changes occur, you will be notified. We also keep you informed with notifications of upcoming new certifications and your certification expiration dates.
Networking
Networking is a powerful tool. More than shaking hands, introducing yourself and being seen, it’s about presence, integrity and having a vision of building professionals just like yourself, all looking to expand their realm of business transcending individual goals, bringing ideas and people together who would have otherwise never crossed paths.
Quarterly Meetings
TPSA encourages new members and current members to take advantage of the Regional Roundup meetings held each quarter in your area. These meetings give you the opportunity to network with other members of TPSA, also, giving you the advantage of asking questions and getting a better insight of the industry. Annual “Walk The Halls”
During the legislation, TPSA has taken advantage of a group effort to meet at the State Capitol and to walk the great halls to visit the State Representatives and the Senators in an effort to introduce them to the agenda we are working to improve the industry. This has been an exciting event for members who make plans and are able to come.
Annual Convention
TPSA’s big event every year is the Annual Convention. The annual convention is normally held in September. The annual convention is packed with approved JBCC Continuing Education, legislative information, guest speakers and information from other states involving the process service industry.
State Level Representation
TPSA stays on top of the legislative issues evolving around our industry. Our lobbyist keeps us connected and updated with what’s happening around the state and in Austin. We have the ability to keep members informed with immediate updates on the most current information regarding the laws affecting our business and the bills we present that affect the future of the process service industry.
