Create your Online Profile
a. To begin Click Here
b. Click on Process Servers Tab (so it changes to white with gold lettering)
c. Click on First Time Applicant link in middle of page
d. Complete Initial User Registration
1. Name to be known as a Process Server
2. As it appears on your Course Completion Certificate
e. Press Register Button to complete.
Login to Profile
a. Upload scan of Course Completion Certificate
b. Submit the Application for Certification
c. Pay the Certification fee with Credit/Debit Card
Pass the Criminal History Background Check with DPS & FBI
a. JBCC Staff will email the required form / code needed to schedule fingerprinting appointment
1. Only given once JBCC has received your application.
2. Normally 7-10 days after submitting Application Package & payment.
3. Results are sent directly to the JBCC. You won't see them.
b. Schedule background check / fingerprinting appointment with IdentoGo.com
c. Keep copy of receipt given at appointment.
Upload Fingerprinting Receipt to your Online Profile
Wait - Certification Process takes approximately 2 months to complete generally.
