It seems many servers are not aware of the ethics they should be using when serving papers in the field. The scope of this class covers an in-depth look at the definition, application, and impact of ethical standards in a business environment. The JBCC Code of Ethics is presented and discussed as a guideline for conducting business within the perimeters of a code of conduct. Various business scenarios are presented and discussed as part of the learning process. We explore the positive and negative impact of choosing to adhere or not to adhere to professional ethical standards for our profession.
